You can make a reservation online with your gift certificate. Go to conundroom.us (not party.conundroom.us or teambuilding.conundroom.us). Scroll down until you see the section for the escape room that you want to do and click on the green “book now” button under the description. It will take you to the available schedule. Once you filled out all of your information and got to the payment page info, you will see a yellow button that says “type code” right above the payment information section. Type in the code there, and you’re all set.

You can purchase a gift certificate online on our website conundroom.us by clicking on any red button that says "Buy Gift Certificate". You will be prompted to select a desired number of tickets and later asked enter your payment information. When you purchase a gift certificate online, you will be asked to provide an email address to which the confirmation email with the code will be sent. You can type in your own email or the recipient's email.

Please note that online gift certificates are location specific. We can easily transfer a gift certificate from one location to another by request. Just send us a message at info@conundroom.us.

You can purchase a generic gift certificate in-person at one of our locations. 

Our gift certificates do not have an expiration date. 

The gift certificate can be used immediately after purchase once you have the confirmation email with the voucher code. 

If you have any leftover balance (ex. booked for 2 players using a 4-ticket voucher code, 2 tickets remaining), you can use the remaining balance later, it does not expire.

Yes! If you typed-in your own email address when making the purchase and received a confirmation email with the code, you will find a green button in the email that says "Create a personalized gift card". There, you will be able to add your own image and message. You can print, save as PDF, or email that gift card to the recipient.

If you typed in the recipient's email, they received the whole confirmation email directly.

You can also purchase a physical gift card in person at one of our locations.

Most likely, your gift certificate was purchased for another location that we have. We can transfer your gift certificate to your desired escape room very easily or we can make the booking for you. To do that, please email us at info@conundroom.us.

No! We only do private experiences, other customers can't add themselves to your booking.  

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of your game to make sure all your team members are on time, you can get organized and receive instructions from the game master.

All of our quests are fully wheelchair accessible. 

We operate by appointment only. We are take reservations Tuesday to Sunday, on weekdays from 4:30 to 9 pm, and on weekends from 12 to 9 pm. We are closed on Mondays. 

If there are no bookings for the day, we will be closed. 

*Individual schedules for escape rooms vary.

Our multi-room escape rooms are priced at $37 per person. This includes Crafted, Northwest Express, Time Travel, Luck & Key Bar. 

Single-room adventures are priced at $35 per person. This includes School of Magic, Wizard's Chest, and Cursed.

Red vs Blue is a competitive escape room and is $29 per person.

Kids under the age of 7 are free of charge.

We also have the outdoor Redmond's Great Adventure, priced at $59 per box, as well as the online adventure Imaginarium, priced at $10 per person. 

We do not require a waiver to be signed for each person. You will be asked to agree to our terms and conditions for the entire team when you make the reservation.

You will have a copy of the waiver in the confirmation email.

For online reservations, we only take card payments. However, if you are paying in-person, we take both cards and cash, no checks. 

You are welcome take a picture/video of yourself and your team. Ask your game master for best group shots!

However, we do not allow taking pictures or filming our puzzles and especially their solutions. Let's keep it a surprise for everyone ;)

To cancel, change, or reschedule your booking email us at info@conundroom.us. All ticket/event cancellations and reschedules must be done via email.

Cancellation:

• You can get a full refund if you send us an email cancellation notice more than 48 hours before the start of your game. 

• If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you can get full credit or a gift card for future use. There is no refund if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance.

• No refund or credit for a no-show. 

• No refunds for rescheduled bookings. 

Refunds for missing players:

• If you have players that can not participate in the game, you can get a full refund for up to 2 players if you notify us more than 24 hours before the start of your game. 

• You can get credit for up to 2 players if you notify us less than 24 hours in advance or after your game.

Rescheduling:

• We will be happy to reschedule your booking if you notify us more than 24 hours in advance. 

• No reschedule after your booking has passed. 

• You will receive no refund for a rescheduled booking.

Sure thing! For same-day reservations, you need to complete the reservation at least 3 hours in advance.

Absolutely! You can bring the extra players along with you and pay for them when you arrive. The price for extra players is the same as regular tickets - $35 per person. 

We allow adding up to 2 extra players above the booking maximum for most* of our escape rooms. You can book online for the maximum number of players allowed, then bring the extra players along with you and pay for them when you arrive.

*For Wizard's Chest and Cursed we allow up to 1 extra player above the max. 

We have 4 escape rooms that are all at the same location - NW Express, Time Travel, Luck and Key, and Red vs Blue. Each can accommodate for up to 8 people at a time. When reserving, make sure you book these escape rooms together! 

If you're looking to book for kids, we have School of Magic and Crafted escape rooms for kids aged 13 and under. You can book these escape rooms together too.

We only do private experiences, so other customers can't add themselves to your booking, even if they are your friends. 

If you already booked a game, you can just bring your friends along with you and purchase extra tickets when you arrive. The price is $35 per person. 

NW Express, Time Travel Ex Machina, Luck & Key Bar, Red vs Blue, and Crafted have at least 2 rooms. 

School of Magic, Wizard's Chest, and Cursed are single-room adventures.

Yes! We have 3 escape rooms for 2-player teams - School of Magic, Wizard's Chest, and Cursed.  

If you want to book an escape room that requires a minimum of 3 players, we don't recommend that. While technically you can complete a 3-player min escape room with only 2 players, it’s best to have 3 on your team. If you decide to play with only 2 people, you’ll still need to book for 3 players as per system requirements.

No, we do not lock players in for fire safety reasons. You can leave the escape room at any point for any reason if needed.

Yes, Time Travel "Ex Machine" has rapidly changing LED strips across the rooms. The rooms are brightly lit, so there is no dark-light-dark effect. 

Our age requirements are based on the difficulty of a given room as well as the fragility of the puzzles. 

• School of Magic and Crafted rooms are suitable for players aged 8 and up.
• Wizard's Chest, Cursed, Time Travel, and NW Express are suitable for players aged 14 and up.
• Red vs Blue is suitable for players aged 15 and up.
• Luck and Key is strictly for players aged 16 and up.

We don't. Our escape rooms are permanent installations that take months to build. We rarely change the puzzles unless we rebuild the whole thing at a new location. 

You are welcome to bring a covered/bottled drink with you inside an escape room. No open cups. 

Food and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside our escape rooms. We might refuse service if you bring any of these. 

Sorry, we cannot accommodate solo players in our escape rooms. Our puzzles require multiple players and cannot be done alone. 

However, you can still play the outdoor Redmond's Great Adventure or the online adventure Imaginarium. Both will be a challenge to complete on your own, but doable nonetheless. 

We currently have 2 escape rooms for kids 13 and under - School of Magic and Crafted. School of Magic was inspired by Harry Potter books and Crafted was inspired by Minecraft, but you don't need to know the books or the game to complete the quests. These rooms were designed specifically for kids 8-13 years old.

We do require adult supervision (someone who is 18+) for kids who are 13 and under. Some of our rooms require adult supervision for older players. The adult does not have to play with the kids, just watch them to make sure that the kids stay on track, don't break anything, or take any puzzle pieces. We need only one adult per team of kids. The adult does not count as a player and does not need a ticket as long as they are not playing with the kids. 

Yes, you can book School of Magic and Crafted escape rooms together at the same time for a large team. You can also email us at info@conundroom.us for any help with a large reservation.

Not all. We design puzzles for specific age groups which means majority of puzzles will be too difficult or uninteresting for kids. Some puzzles are too fragile to be handled by kids. 

For Time Travel, Red vs Blue, and Luck & Key Bar we do not allow kids to play independently. Only as part of a team of adults where the number of adults is the same or greater than the number of kids (ex. 3 kids 4 adults okay, 2 adults 5 kids not okay). 

Yes! As long as children are part of a team of adults, we allow them to participate. 

Please note that for for Time Travel, Red vs Blue, and Luck & Key Bar we ask for the same or greater number of adults as number of kids. (ex. 2 kids 2 adults okay, 1 adult 2 kids not okay). 

No problem! Kids under 7 can definitely accompany adult teams into the game for free. We can host up to two kids for free in some* of our games.

*For Wizard's Chest and Cursed we can accommodate up to one child under 7 for free. 

Absolutely not, none of our escape rooms have puzzles or other elements that were designed to be scary on purpose.

We have a party room at School of Magic and Crafted location that you can book for $60 per hour. The party room capacity is up to 20 people. In the party room, we provide you with the space (table and chairs). You will need to bring your own food, drinks, tableware, and any additional decorations (like balloons and birthday signs).
